The Hochgernlauf 2009
Dear Runner,
the Hochgernlauf run was a perfect event from our point of view.
We had a great starting field. We were glad and happy to welcome 113 competitors. So today on Monday we look out of the window and are really happy about the luck we had. Its raining cats and dogs in the achental region. The race was accompanied by warm temperatures and nice sunshine. We called it “Kaiserwetter“ in Bavaria.

Also we count ourselfs lucky that nobody was injured or had any physical problems. All in all you can say that the mountain rescue service had a relaxed event.
Nearly one week later we have all pictures on the homepage the result lists are online and ready for download.
Right here we want to take the opportunity to thank fam. Doerr for the past ten years organizing the run.

This year they introduced us to all the does and donts of the event.
Now we hope that you were comfortable with the race and we are always happy about your comments.
Finally we want to say thank you to all the supporters and sponsors. Without them it would be impossible to organize this event.
